Since this functionality is available in admin-mode, and filters are available on the API, it seems like it should be within the realm of WA development to provide event filtering more dynamically. We can play display tricks with tags on the calendar, but I can't find tag information in list mode, nor in the "Upcoming Events" gadget.

We, like many non-profits have a "no-refund" policy . Because of the way the WA cancellation process is set up, we cannot "officially" cancel anyone from a fee event, so we need to leave the person on the registration list. A "refund/no refund" box would be very helpful.

We’re looking into this request in much broader context – we want to simplify overall management of contacts, lists, saved searches. Saved search should be perceived as smart lists and provide quick access to various contact and member groups.

It would be great to have custom result sets for contact searches as well as member searches, or make the contact search criteria available in member search. I would like to search registrants for a particular event (only available in contact search) and have the "Member Since" field in the results (only available in the member result set)

Great news! We have added waitlist cancellation options to our mobile app Wild Apricot for Members. The logic follows the same rules as for regular registrations. If cancellation is available for the ticket type, it will also be available for the waitlist.
We're looking into bringing this feature to our web app too. Stay tuned for updates and Happy Holidays!

Our members would like to be able to see the waitlist, or at least see how many are on it, so that they can decide whether to sign up, and what their chances are. It would also be easier for administrators if waitlisted people could cancel. It would save us time running down the wailist to fill a slot when someone cancels.

Avery 5395 is a very common format. We like First name in a large font, last name below it in a smaller but still legible font, and the ability to select or add a couple of custom event or contact fields below that. Adding a logo at the top of bottom of the badge would also be necessary for a professional look.

We have 42 event managers, of varying degrees of competence, and are constantly in Damage Control when they do things like update the default event email reminder template instead of their own. Our new Damage Control involves taking dozens of names off Google search results, because someone checked the "show registrants to Public" box, in contrary to our policy. We really need this function.
