An error occurred while saving the comment Regency Society of Virginia commentedWe love the ability to differentiate between member and non-member pricing in general but it would be ideal to have a way to apply that same price differential to their guests. Right now, if we have an event open to both members and non-members, in order to have the proper pricing applied, we either have to disallow guest registrations or go back and verify the membership of guests. Disallowing guest registrations often means that the administrators and members of bundles (in our case, family memberships) are required to go through the registration process multiple times (consequently incurring multiple online per payment transaction fees for our organization when a single payment would have otherwise been made). Allowing guest registrations, on the other hand, typically means that we are required to verify the membership status of guests, costing our volunteer admins valuable time and sometimes leading to an awkward conversation asking the registering member for additional money.
Logged-in bundle administrators should be able to register the individual members of their bundle on the same registration transaction. Otherwise, the member pricing should only be unlocked for guests if they provide a valid member ID# for that guest or contact an administrator.

An error occurred while saving the comment Regency Society of Virginia commentedWe often have events that are open to the public and have pricing based on whether a person is a member or not. Allowing people to add guests means that members can enroll non-members at the discounted member pricing (which negatively impacts our budget). Unfortunately, disallowing guests from being added means that members who are paying for other members within their bundle must deal with the inconvenience of going through the registration process multiple times. (Which also negatively impacts our budget since it incurs multiple PayPal fees.) It would be great if there was a way to give the option of enrolling bundle members even when disallowing guest additions OR requiring a member number to be entered in order for guests to be added at member pricing when guest enrollments are allowed.

An error occurred while saving the comment Regency Society of Virginia commentedWe strongly support this option. Not only to allow a smoother registration process for members of bundles (which we use for family memberships) to register fellow bundle members but also to allow an option for members to register non-member guests for events at non-member pricing.

An error occurred while saving the comment Regency Society of Virginia commentedHaving the ability to accept a deposit for an event without having to create a separate invoice for the balance due would be extremely helpful.
Adding our vote to this. We're left with the choice of either curtailing our growth or finding another membership software provider (which we would prefer not to do) in order to stay within our budget. An option to purchase additional contacts "a la carte" would be welcome. Even allowing the individuals associated with a bundled membership to count as a single contact (since they only pay one membership fee) would free up enough space to allow us to grow again.
