An error occurred while saving the comment ANDY WEARMOUTH commentedCan we have this ability soon please? Currently only work around is to register a "dummy" registrant for every forthcoming event so that you can then use the function "Export all Registrants". Drop this into one spreadsheet and overlay a pivot table and you can get something resembling the report you want. Complete pain in the backside but it works. Can't be that hard to simply have an "export all events" button as the registrants are a granular form of this. Indeed, given the reports available inside each event, you could get rid of the export registrants from the primary report and make this a tick box "include registrant details" in the report output.

An error occurred while saving the comment ANDY WEARMOUTH commentedThis is an increasing issue around events and ability to edit contact data. Surely there can be something done to start tightening this up?
The bigger an organisation gets the more of an issue this becomes as tasks have to be delegated to many people. a busy operation will have lots of event organisers - and they shouldn't be able to change member data.ANDY WEARMOUTH supported this idea · -

An error occurred while saving the comment ANDY WEARMOUTH commentedThis needs to happen. If a Microsoft calendar can do repeating events surely it can be done here. Repeating sessions are rather worthless for most clubs I suspect as you must have the ability to register new attendees at each occurrence. Having to create a forward calendar one event at a time (even using duplicate) is simply a time waster.

An error occurred while saving the comment ANDY WEARMOUTH commentedYes please. Include a check box to permit a Member to be lapsed at the time of the Grace period email aka as per the final suspension option. Same functionality, just gives organizations more control as to the orderly lapsing and subsequent Suspension and archiving of a non payer. Currently achieving this by manual intervention. Lapsing a member and voiding their renewal invoice simultaneously is not logical as lapsed members can recover by paying.

An error occurred while saving the comment ANDY WEARMOUTH commentedThis would be really useful as most venues have some sort of licensed capacity etc. Means that for what might be a simple invitation to gather for a meeting has to be done in the Advanced events module which is much more time consuming to configure and more difficult for inexperienced event organisers.

An error occurred while saving the comment ANDY WEARMOUTH commentedThe step size (and hence subscription cost) between Professional and Network is too big for growing clubs. An increase in membership over 2000 nearly doubles cost - 5000 members is a huge leap. Need something around 3000 for around $210pm would be fair and about right for growing organisations.

An error occurred while saving the comment ANDY WEARMOUTH commentedCan we have a Finance Manager please? The only way Quickbooks downloads can be run is if you have full Administrator Access which is dangerous as they have control of the database.

This is a serious issue. I can't see any logic in enabling an event manager to "edit" Contact info. Surely this can be turned off without impacting functionality. I realise the option exists to import guest registrant info into Contacts but it should be up to an administrator or Membership Manager to edit and clean this stuff, not the event organiser. Event managers do need to be able to receipt invoices for cash or check payments so some access to invoices is necessary to perform the role.
