An error occurred while saving the comment Kat commentedI agree. With emails taking several hours, the possibility of an email getting sent after an event is very real. I am facing that right now.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kat commentedI agree. On the Service Notice page, it says that "all is good", but I have an email sitting in the queue for the past 6 hours. My event has already taken place, and there is no way to cancel it.
I need to send another email with presentation links, but am afraid that the system will choke on that, too. Without accurate System Status notices, I have zero confidence in the system.

I agree. The layouts are at least 10 years old.
One of the selling points is the web builder. Having to hire a custom theme maker defeats the advantage.
