   Each month I post head shots of 5-6 new members into one of my weekly emails to an audience of 2,000 people. To do it, I put the pix onto a page of a Word document, convert the Word doc into a pdf and then Browse it into the Pictures folder and insert it into a Gadget as if it were a photo. It takes at least an hour, sometimes longer. I used to insert the pix into the column with wrap-around text. Help!!!! Pulleeeeze!!!
