I don't understand why there are gadgets for log in and member directory and other more complex gadgets but a basic Contact Us gadget (nearly every website has some version of a contact us form) is missing.
How is that possible?

I don't understand why something that is available in the Web version is not available in the Mobile App. Most of our members use the App rather than the web version because it is easily accessible, and everyone has their phone with them. This is a key request and 2 plus years since it was first requested nothing has been done!!! That makes no sense to me.

Members currently can only reset their password being going to the website and not on the App. This is very inconvenient.

Why do things take so long to be implemented in this system. This was requested since 2018, almost 5 years later and still an outstanding request!!
