I would love to see a system that works like the events system. For example we have a board meeting and the minutes need to be posted. These should be added using a library manager similar to how events work. The most recent document (or x documents) is(are) displayed in full, the older documents are shown as a list of links, thumbnails etc.
This would be a cool way to store all types of reference material on the site. Also keeps admin from folks from messing with the look and feel of the site.

This would be great! For example, we do a dinner and we ask folks how many guests they will have. Based on the number of guests=X, I would like to present X menus for them to preselect meals. Perhaps we are doing an event and there are X guests per registrant and each get a shirt, need to be able to as X time what size shirt we need. This is a must have.

We have a weekly dinner event. We need to show the base cost of the dinner is $35. People want to pay after dinner since they need to pay by CC or cash for adders like drinks, special deserts etc.
Prepay in WA requires two transactions, one online and one for drinks etc. We need a way have the event have a cost, but allow for paying at the time of the event.
Finally we want people to show as registered even when they have not paid. This allows us to better gauge the popularity of the event.
