fix paypal to WA issues
We no longer will be running the PayPal reoccurring payment method. WA offered no support for co-ordination problems here and chose to deflect the problem to Paypal.
1 voteWe fix when we know issues are on our side. But there is nothing we can do if they are on PayPal side.
Very soon (beginning of March), we will be introducing our own Payment Processor and I recommend switching to it – Wild Apricot will be covering all the issues.

Organizing Menu Pages
I would love to categorize my pages from the the menu. Ex. I may have 7 pages that are related to my Fundraiser. I can list them under Fundraiser as a category. And preferably the categories should be customizable.
I am looking at my pages in the menu, and noticed I've duplicated some, because I have so many to go through, it's not organized.

separate email address for administrator members
We'd love to have a separate email address field for administrators for their administrative emails.
In our organization, admins are members of the organization and board members. As board members, they receive an organizational address, like membership@thisorg.org or president@thisorg.org. As members, their email address is their personal address, like sam.jones@gmail.com.
We'd like to have their membership address be their personal address (eg sam.jones@gmail.com) and their WA administrator address be membership@myorg.org.
So when they receive general email, like their person renewal confirmation, it goes to sam.jones@gmail.com. But when they receive administrator emails, such as a new…

HAVE A DIRECT PHONE NUMBER TO BILLING
YOU SHOULD HAVE A DIRECT PHONE NUMBER FOR BILLING. INSTEAD OF HAVING TO WAIT TO SOMEONE CALLS YOU BACK ( AND THEY NEVER DID)

Option to only have log in for administrators
Hi there,
I dont give my members/clients a log in option as I only use this product for its events functionality.
In the future I might use it but for now, I might only want it at a certain time.
I think that this should be opt in and opt out by the user type as having it included makes it VERY messy on the payment screen for non members.

More gradually tiered Wild Apricot pricing
Sorry to be so crude as to bring this up, but as we expand our reach a bit, we're coming dangrously close to the 1,999-contact limit in our non-archived records. Resurrecting a generation of Former Members and plans to add relevant organizations could easily put us a few contacts over. These would almost double our WA cost (which would be prohibitive, sorry), as the next level is 2,000-5,000. Maybe you could make that a much more segmented sliding scale?

After-hours phone support (not just business hours)
Longer phone support hours. We're a volunteer organization and our people have day jobs. They do their volunteer work on weekends and evenings. Exactly when you're unavailable by phone.

System slow and locking up
WA seems to freeze up a lot, take a long time to process and is down. VERY frustrating when you have work to do and this system isn't working right.
