An error occurred while saving the comment Lisa commentedWhat do I do so that when a member goes to renew they can choose to only renew for one year OR the auto renew option? We will loose members if they feel their only option is to auto renew... Honestly it's not even clear that this is what the user should expect, which could really anger some members next year. Please tell me there is a way to let the user pick between one year online renewal or auto online renewal? Thank you.
An error occurred while saving the comment Lisa commentedWhen users are filling out their membership form there should be an option to opt in or out of auto renewal. This is common practice. The current design in WA where the user is forced into enrolling with auto renew and have no idea that after they submit they will have an option to opt out is poor usability and a great way to increase the drop off rate of online registration.

Can be done using Theme overrides functionality – by fixing HTML code in the gadget templates. But I’ll be collecting comments to see if suggested user-friendly functionality needed by others.

An error occurred while saving the comment Lisa commentedHi,
I agree this should be an out of the box. Even free website builders offer the ability to easily create various forms. I am paying for this and it has taken me 3 hours and I still can't get a Contact form the way I want it here, which is slightly insane since the free web builder I use for most clients I would have this completed within 5 minutes. I really don't understand how this isn't a priority.

An error occurred while saving the comment Lisa commentedIn particular I have been trying to remove the Wild Apricot graphics that indicate sub menus.. and can't figure out how.. driving me bonkers. How did you do it? and how did you make second level drop down flush to the primary nav? TIA
An error occurred while saving the comment Lisa commentedThis menu style is exactly what I designed for our website. I am becoming so frustrated with Wild Apricot because it seems impossible for me to implement a design like this. Hours upon hours trying. Can I reuse the code for this menu in my site?
