I finally decided on a course of action and prepared to suggest to the girls what I thought would work best for the three of us. There was no doubt in my mind it was the three of us. Trying to limit it to just Marilyn and myself was not likely to work to their satisfaction. I didn't want to ignore the five hundred pound gorilla in the room any longer. We was sitting outside on the picnic table discussing the finer points of our bicycles when I decided it was time.
"Ok. Here is what I propose for the weekend. First off, I'm not going to ride off and continue my trip to the park. So as to what we do together. Tonight Betsey gets to do whatever she wants to do. Today you two can decide and I will try my best to accommodate the both of you. Tomorrow morning Marilyn takes priority before I leave at noon to return home. Is that fair enough?"
Both girls nodded their agreement with smiles. I was relieved and at the same time anxious as to what it would actually translate into. It was going to get into the mid-eighties by the afternoon and I wanted to take a walk to investigate the woods on the property. Something Marilyn said she wanted to do with me. I told her I wanted to look for cicadas as part of my research and explained August was when they emerged and started to sing. She just looked at me as if I was a bit weird, then laughed.
Very good job Felix!!! Third slide in slideshow have wrong size, check it. But overall the site is cool.
In particular I have been trying to remove the Wild Apricot graphics that indicate sub menus.. and can't figure out how.. driving me bonkers. How did you do it? and how did you make second level drop down flush to the primary nav? TIA
This menu style is exactly what I designed for our website. I am becoming so frustrated with Wild Apricot because it seems impossible for me to implement a design like this. Hours upon hours trying. Can I reuse the code for this menu in my site?

Nice! I would suggest adding some graphics near "About" menu item, so it's clear that there are subitems in it.
