We just launched integration with Integromat platform, which helps to build automated workflows. We also provide several templates for quick start, and one of them allows to copy Wild Apricot events into google calendar. So you can share this google calendar and you members can subscribe to it.

The Wild Apricot calendar gadget should have the ability for users to subscribe to it without having to add and configure a separate tool such as Integromat. Calendar subscription is a basic, essential feature, especially for clubs and organizations.

We have started analysis for this issue, and it seems that key problem is how Wild Apricot handles level changes close to renewal date. The system is currently designed to collect the full new level amount and set renewal date according to new level renewal policy. All prepaid amounts for old levels are disposed. Moreover, since no prorating occurs, the new level might be effective only for a few days.
As a first step, we suggest to redesign how level change is working and add prorating there:
- Level would be changed immediately, as now
- Remaining portion of old membership level payment will be applied to new level
- For new levels with specific renewal date (e.g. annual levels with renewals Jan 1st) apply the pro-rating settings for new applications:
- Allow member to pay only a pro-rated amount of the new level fee (e.g. six months before renewal…An error occurred while saving the comment Scott Miller commented
Please add a setting to allow pro-rating of the previous membership level when a member upgrades or downgrades during renewal. As a WA admin, I currently am required to monitor level changes and manually reset/prorate the renewal date when a member changes membership level to ensure renewing members do not lose membership time. This occurs when a member renews early and simultaneously changes (usually upgrades) membership level.

I have members also requesting a receipt for membership (We are a 501c3) and donations. Would be an valuable addition to Wild Apricot.
I also have unused Subscription Sources that I would like to delete.
