We just launched integration with Integromat platform, which helps to build automated workflows. We also provide several templates for quick start, and one of them allows to copy Wild Apricot events into google calendar. So you can share this google calendar and you members can subscribe to it.
You can try the integration by this link https://www.integromat.com/en/integration/2276-copy-wild-apricot-events-into-google-calendar

An error occurred while saving the comment Stephen D Matters commentedThis would be fantastic. The ability to print tickets for the event so the customer has affirmation that they are able to get in/get a seat. it also serves as a potential point of advertising and memento. We use Brown Paper Tickets.

their system gets the job done but it is very querky and arcaek. There is an unnecessary amount of data entry and manipulation, coupled with a never ending amount of human error on all three sides user, admin and back end. We submit the event and they attach the ticket prices to the event. They inevitably mess up one or two days for every event and we have to go through and check every day and every seat to make sure it has the right pricing. When we run an event through WA we are limited on ticket pricing and the ability to give the customer a physical ticket but the setup is incredibly intuitive.Stephen D Matters supported this idea · -

An error occurred while saving the comment Stephen D Matters commentedThis still needs to be addressed. We have a possible seven or more price structure that we would like to use through WA:
Non-Member Adult
Non-Member Youth
Member Adult
Member Youth
Discount Day
Member Discount Day
Group Pricing
with possible special prices for various events.
These items should be able to either have a price template that can be set up and used throughout, depending on the tickets available on the day, or they should be sortable with the Non-Member pricing first on down to the lowest pricing.Stephen D Matters supported this idea · -

This would be great to have. We would be able to stop using our current ticket provider. We would not have to export data from them to import it into WA in chunks it would save so much time. I am positive this feature would convince other venues in the area to switch and if advertised would convince several companies to switch to WA. We are only using a fraction of what WA can do and are ecstatic with the results. The ability to apply a seating chart to our events and print seat specific tickets would be awesome in every sense of the word.
