Currently, the Dashboard summarizes the Top 5 most active users, but a more generalized report is needed to include those who have never logged in. Customer Service requirement to determine proactively if users are having difficulty or are at risk of leaving the organization. Could be supported in the Contacts API perhaps (Last login date).

An easy workaround: Select the desired event, then "Export Registrants" to Excel or CVS. Use that as input for a mail merge in MS Word. This will give you TOTAL control over formatting and custom branding--certainly much more than a Print Name Tags feature might. My guess is that the "Export Registrants" tab was developed for just such a purpose (and well as custom letters and emails).
