Enhance Webhooks with Data Values (Names, Titles, Dates)
The Wild Apricot Integration -> Webhooks feature is great but extremely limited. If you are trying to post #announcements into a Slack or Discord channel for example, you are only able to send the ID number of a Contact, Event or Invoice. There is no way to announce something like "John Doe has just become a member!" or "Jim posted 'Holiday Party Planning Meeting' on December 1st". The output of the webhook key/value pairs are only useful if you have a copy of all the data in the other system and can simply issues updates to existing records (Contact 123 changes to Memembership Level 4, as opposed to "John Doe is now a Lifetime Member".

We try to keep webhook content as simple as possible. The recommendation is to use identifiers from webhook and request more information from Public API.
IFTTT integration, or Zapier
If This Then That opens up a host of integration possibilities. By working with them, users can make their own integrations with other supported systems, reducing the workload (and budget) required for Wild Apricot to implement integrations internally.41 votesResolved · Dmitry Smirnov responded
We implemented integration with Integromat iPaaS. See help article for details: https://gethelp.wildapricot.com/en/articles/1653
Depending on usage metrics we will consider implementing same integration for other integration platforms, e.g. Zapier.
Word Press Templates and Plugin
I would love a wordpress plugin that integrates wordpress into the Apricot membership database so that logins are seamless and various features of Apricot can be added to the wordpress publications. There are some tings that wordpress does better. ie categories, tags and local data storage, This would greatly expand the Apricot user base and add to flexibility.
This could be achieved though an integrated Theme that mirrors some of the default themes in Apricot Wordpress themes are also suitable for mobile devices1 vote

One of our WA pages redirects to our second website domain but appears seamless to the member and they think they are still on the same site. It confuses them that they have to login a second time (they think the system bumped them).
Is there any code I can add to the redirecting page so the member's login credentials are automatically filled in (and sent) or authenticated on the second site? I haven't been able to find any single sign-on options that make sense.0 votes

Sign-on integration with Wordpress etc.
This would be a great feature for us to have. Having single sign-on is crucial in our efforts to simplify and manage the user experience when members access multiple systems aside from WA.
Right now they would have to basically sign-up in multiple places, receive and manage multiple logins this is a real big headache for us admins and developers who are trying to offer services via other platforms aside from WA.
Let me know if we are even close to having something like this release in the near future.

Integrate Facebook Connect login option for members
Would you consider implementing Facebook Connect? http://developers.facebook.com/connect.php So that people can log onto our websites as members using their Facebook account information?
The next step would be a Facebook App that could then feed information into our members Facebook notifications areas!

Integrate login Into WA via OpenID
We are looking to use WA for our membership database, but we also run a seperate website for our organzation. One of the things we are looking at is using OpenID to allow 'single user login' to the multiple tooks on our site (Joomla, phpBB3, Gallery2)
OpenID would is normally optional, so that users can use a normal username/login to log into the site, or use their OpenID authentication.
Any thoughts on implementing this on the WA site?7 votesResolved · Team Membership responded
