Disable Directory Emails
The ability to turn off messaging from the directory so that the directory is just a list of members and whatever fields we chose to include there. Too much spam is getting through to our members making many of them want to leave.

Removing bundle members and making them just contacts
I would like to be able to remove bundle members and just revert them to "contacts." We have organizations with bundle memberships and some people who are added as bundle members are using a personal email, and would still like to remain in our system, they may just no longer work at that organization. I would like to make them contacts and not have to suspend membership.

Member activation email - Allow Member manager to receive a copy
Member Activation Emails - In the setup of Member Levels allow Member manager to also receive a copy of the Application activation email. This will enable quicker response to new member without the need for the Manager to access WA every time to obtain new Contact details.

Forgot Username Utility
There needs to be a way for users to find out their username if they forget it.
A simple "Search by last name name, first name, and zip" and, if it returns 1 and only 1 result, notify them of their contact email, set the password to a temporary password, and email them a link to reset their password.
We have people who are re-joining on accident because they cannot remember their login information.
This widget should not assume that the member is active. In many cases, it is the lapsed members who need to urgently recover their username.

1 voteChris, this is contrary to security practice. Such tool could give the hacker the ability to get the full list of usernames and emails, including administrative ones, which could simplify the hacking of your data.
So, the better way is to use forgot password form or contact you.

File classification members
I'm new to wildapricot and I do not know wildapricot can classify the object? For example I want to divide the Member object type into different files and the members of the set may also be in the same file by intersection

Extending membership levels to 10 years
Hello - would it be possible to add to/extend the membership level drop-down list options all the way to 10 years (vs. the current max of 6 years)? A tennis association that I am assisting offers 10-year membership renewals and would really like to have that feature, since their existing forms/paper materials specify that as an option. Thank you.

Have a different amount for membership dues and another for renewal fee. Now the renewals fees are charging same are original membership fee
I would like to have the ability to charge a member level one fee for membership and another for renewal. Right now the auto email and renewal page defaults to the original membership fee which is $50 too much.

autorenew macro
WA should provide a macro that shows whether a member has signed up for membership autorenewal.
One of our biggest renewal issues is that people think they HAVE signed up when they haven't, and their membership then expires because they didn't pay.

Radio buttons with extra charge visible to others.
Please to be able to make the "Radio buttons with extra charge" visible to others. This would be the same functionality as other Membership fields: anybody, members, no access
My organization wanted to collect chapter dues, in addition to national dues, at Renewal. The new Radio button w/ extra charge feature handles that. GREAT! The line item comes across in the invoice. Great. We can search in the Admin View. Great.

Plugins and Wesite for QuickBooks
QuickBooks should let people use its good basic elements of Form, Report, Register and List and build websites with them, allowing any plugins they wish to use. It should allow "non-accounting" version of QuickBooks that is 100% flexible! Compete with WordPress at a higher level!

Membership Application/Renewal Fields
There should be a way to have different information required for new members than renewals. I dont want to have to keep asking for same old information that we used to determine if they were eligible for membership. Once they are a member, then we just need updated contact information.

I could be wrong about the way this works..
If one of my members signs up in January for a monthly plan...
then, in March they elect not to renew...
Then, in June they want to sign up again...
There seems to be not good way to handle this. The system generates an invoice in March for April. when they sign up in June, it pays for a month they didn't want--April.
Am I missing something.

Renewal form
Would like to have a renewal form that our members complete each year when they renew. Similar to their initial application, but with slightly different questions.

Program WA to use a specific renewal date for all members
We use WA to generate a mailing list for a quarterly magazine, so our memberships expire on March, June, September or December 1. If a member renews within 30 days of expiring on one of those dates, WA automatically adds one year to that date. However, if a member lapses or a new member joins, WA calculates the renewal date as being a year from the date of the renewal or join, so we have to go back and manually edit the date. We need to be able to tell WA to have all renewal dates follow our format.
