MEMBER SINCE on conference badges
We are downloading the roster to make/print badges. Is they are way to include MEMBER SINCE before their name without going into each account one at a time? Here is the conference event page: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4HazJhPnrB8
1 voteI’m sorry for declining, but the link is wrong and leads to some music video.

Prevent event registrant from becoming a contact
The ability to suspend a member's ability to register for events without making them functionally an inactive member (so they still receive all mass communications sent to active members).

Redefine the word Guest
Redefine the word GUEST. Guest should be someone who is attending with the Attendee as a Guest (wife, husband, child, etc.) and may participate in all or some of the scheduled events as a Guest at costs different than the attendee such as additional dinners, tours, sports, etc.
If the attendee want to register an additional Attendee it should say “Register an additional attendee” not additional Guest.1 vote -
Manual Event entries
Adding registrants to events: Using the Back hyperlink doesn't always take you to the previous pages. Very annoying when you are doing data entry. Suggest you add a "Back to Main Event Page" button or "Show Registrants" button so the Add Registrant button is quickly visible. Try some manual Event entries and you'll see what I mean.

Create Event Folders
We will be posting MANY events throughout our 8 county service area. It would be helpful to have a folder to organize and/or archive events. We don't want to delete events (so we can store attendance) but our list of events will be LONG after using this program for awhile. Suggestions?
1 voteYou can use tags as a category to filter events. Or you can use the Upcoming filter as a default, to prevent the very list loading.

Remove click event on large area of Calendar List view
Your software is quite easy to use however I have a couple of areas where it is not consistent.
If I enter a link and label it, change the font size -- the font size doesn't always change. I recognize it is not immediate however even after saving the change it is not updated.
When you use a large field for click events such as the Calendar in List view clicking the area only changes the current page. If you click a link within the area two click events are executed -- the link and another tab is opened for…

The ability to close registration after the first session all events
Currently, you have a setup a registration window manually for each separate event. I never want registrations after the first session of an event. If there were a way to close registration to all of our events after the first session's date, that would be great!
1 voteI believe this can be solved now by using multi-session events. See http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Multi-session+events

Is there any chance you would consider changing your primary term Guest to Attendee?
Is there any chance you would consider changing your primary term Guest to Attendee?
An “Attendee”, in the conference industry (and most any industry), is considered the primary person attending or signing up for an event whether it be an in-person or on-line.
“Guest” is referred as someone they are bringing to the event such as a wife, child or just friend or used when attending a party.
As an example;
Our 2016 Annual Conference
Attendee (primary member): $875
Guest (wife, child, friend); $350
Then you have different events they can attend within the event;
Golf
Attendee Golf: $125
Guest…1 voteThis is an usability issue, we do use “guests” and “attendees” exactly in a way you described. Vote for http://forums.wildapricot.com/forums/308932-wishlist/suggestions/8825707-fast-registration-or-simplify-buying-registrations to improve current behaviour

Quickly pre-register all members to an event for an easy attendance checkin
Our association owns a beach which requires (400+) members to sign in at the gate. It would be highly useful it we could (pre)register all members at once. This would allow the gatekeeper to check in members using this great new WA feature and simultaneously create a nice log for our records.
Another desired feature would be to create reoccuring events as we would need such a prepopulated event on a daily basis during our 10-week summer season.
Thank you. You are doing great work.
1 voteOur mobile app for admins is focused on checking in attendees and we consider this as a main tool to do so. I do not see us doing this particular suggestion. Closing.

Avoiding members getting the wrong registration price
(Documenting thoughts based on email dialog with a client)
Wild Apricot allows you to create event registrations with different prices for members and non-members. Member eligibility is checked in one of two ways:
1) if a member is logged in, then we know who he/she is and can check membership level and status
2) otherwise we check the email the enter on the first step, look up the record in your contact database etc.
The problem with #2 is that a person might use a different email by mistake - and then WA wouldn't know about membership and not allow…

clarify wording of event registration
Some of our members are getting confused by a lot of things. One problem is that we integrated an existing database, so most of them don't have passwords yet. And we would actually prefer for people to fill in their details, as it gives us a chance to verify their info.
Current wording (people are confused and think that they HAVE to log in):
Member email match
Email matched to a member record. You can login to fill out contact details automatically.Clearer wording:

Remove event date from title tag RSS feed for events
The xml tag for <title> in the calendar RSS feed includes the date, but we don't want the date to show-up in our public scrolling RSSInclude.com window (see hopeca.com). Is there any way to repress the date from being included in the <title> tag (there's already a <pubdate> tag that includes the date information.
Seems like if you had an option in the event itself to display the date (or not) in the RSS feed, that would be good.
Thanks for any help!
1 voteIt looks like we’re not going to do this. Closing.

Event Registration Process Very Confusing Because of Cookies!
It appears that when someone starts the event registration process and successfully gets past the CAPTCHA screen, a cookie is saved in the browser. It someone then moves off this page (without seeing the Cancel button in the lower left part of the page which is pretty easy to not notice) this cookie stays in the browser.
When this person then returns later to the registration page, they get a grayed out entry for the registration type they started with a confusing yellow diamond and confusing mouse roll-over message.I would suggest that this cookie be automatically deleted the moment the…
