Everyone who can log into website also can log into mobile app.
Member app shows profile details in the same way as web version, with respect to field visibility settings and level of current user permissions.
Wild apricot allows to restrict field visibility to the following:
– show to anybody
– show to members only
– don’t show to others
Currently neither web version nor mobile app could restrict fields visibility to specific level.
We have a "Waiting List" membership level, which we don't want to have access to the Directory for privacy reasons. We also don't want "Pending-New" status to have access. So we really need access control by Level and Status.

The first step was finished and emails can now be carbon copied to contact’s alternative emails. To do so the contact fields which store the alternative emails must be explicitly marked on the email setting page.
Unsubscribing will unsubscribe all alternative emails simultaneously because they all belong to the very same account. The person clicking “unsubscribe” is warned about this on the unsubscribe page.
For now we paused the development of this feature. but not for good. :) So I’m changing this wish status back to “collecting comments”.

We have been waiting for this change since we implemented your system 15 months ago. When we selected your system, this was shown as a upcoming improvement, but now it seems to have dropped off your radar. For us, this is a "bait and switch".

For now, this is not something we’re going to change – not sure if ever.
Workaround to use: create a special “entry” free level to apply to, and close “normal” ones for application. For the entry level, create also a dropdown field where a potential member can choose a level they want to apply to. Add other fields you need to assess the application. When application is successful, your admin is to change membership level to required one and generate membership invoice (membership upgrade invoice). The member will be emailed with the invoice and can pay.
We would like a membership waitlist function similar to the event waitlist. There should also be a "delay billing until <condition> is met" feature.
In particular, we would want to see and be notified of changes in First Name and Last Name (for example, by the member). These are the keys to our customer records in QuickBooks, so surprise changes can be time-consuming.
Also we need to be able to include additional fields defined on the registration form.
We are also a yacht club with the same problems. We have family memberships, and we need to be able to have different required fields for bundle members (spouse/children).
Also, event registration needs to accomodate bundle membership event registrations, so that all or some members of the bundle can be registered at the same time.
Memberships in our yacht club are family memberships, and include husband, wife, and children under 25. We need to be able to allow the other family members to be able to attend events without additional charges.
