Great news! We have added waitlist cancellation options to our mobile app Wild Apricot for Members. The logic follows the same rules as for regular registrations. If cancellation is available for the ticket type, it will also be available for the waitlist.
We're looking into bringing this feature to our web app too. Stay tuned for updates and Happy Holidays!

This is a great idea and would let people on the waiting list know their standing and chart any changes. Optimally, there place on the waiting list would be accessible from the macro capability in email as well. We could then send an email update with the information.

Highly desired to have function of designating a member as an "Event Manager" (EM). EM would be designated on a "per event" basis and would be duplicated if an event were duplicated. EM would be able to manually add registrants, manage wait list, cancel registrations, review registrations, export registrations, and send emails. EM would also be able to edit event attributes if that were needed. EM would NOT be able to edit or change contact information.

Basic function for event management. Having users mail Admins to remove from the waiting list creates a burden on the admin and the user. Self-deletion is highly desired.
