An error occurred while saving the comment John Barrett commentedOur organization would appreciate this portion of the suggestion to track interactions with prospective members:
- Add 'Communications tab' to track all communications/actions with each contact: contact date & contact type, follow-up date & type, a note, tracking of emails (opens, links) and links to related correspondence records (email blasts). Among other major benefits, the system could be used for service and sales (fundraising) tracking and reporting, including the all important “tickler file”.

An error occurred while saving the comment John Barrett commentedWe have reports which need to be updated when members make a change to their records once renewals are complete. Since we can't be notified when these take place, we don't allow members to update their own information and instead, have them send an email and we update the records. Queries indicating when the record was last updated are not helpful enough as we also don't know which field was updated and we have many, many fields.

Old design proposal, not working on it yet and can be changed if we start working on it – https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0f9kMyQqlBsZ3FQOWRiMERRNkk/view?usp=sharing
An error occurred while saving the comment John Barrett commentedI like Michael's idea of combining Saved Searches. It is a simple and easy to understand approach to enhancing the search capabilities. Another benefit is that it also allows you to leverage existing saved searches to build new ones rather than building new ones from scratch. It also lets you make changes to many saves searches by modifying only one. The one downside I foresee with this approach would be that someone changes one Saved Search not realizing that they will be changing the results of another. However, I still like this approach.

We would benefit from the same functionality as the membership card but in the form of a certificate. We would just like a certificate (rather than a card) for members to be able to frame and hang on their wall.
