We just launched integration with Integromat platform, which helps to build automated workflows. We also provide several templates for quick start, and one of them demonstrates how to send event attendance certificates as professionally looking PDF files.

What would be nice is to be able to upload files and have it accessible through the mobile member app. Currently we have resources for our members that we share through dropbox but I would prefer to keep through wild apricot in order to lockout members who have lapsed.
