When a logged-in member clicks on "Edit your member profile" and then on "Invoices and payments," information about past donations IS NOT INCLUDED, but it used to be, a few years ago. We DESPERATELY need this restored so a member can see how much s/he gave in the past, to help decide what to give again. Most of our donations are by check, so I don't see how PayPal/AffiniPay figures in (we still use PayPal).2 votes
Fixed in 7.7 release.
Would it be possible to make the donation function page's contact fields editable, much like the current page that allows people to sign up for the email newsletter?
Right now, it defaults to all required contact information, which makes sense for anyone applying to our organization for membership or registering for an event, but does not make sense for people who only want to donate to us.

I do acknowledgments via mail merge and I send donations reports to my treasurer. Right now I export donations (ALL OF THEM) because there doesn't seem to be a way to filter by date for this week or this month or any custom period. I spend a lot of time filtering by custom fields and removing old gifts. This seems like a basic thing. Is it there and I am missing something?1 vote

Wild Apricot only supports one-time donations.
Use Membership application form since it is possible to setup a membership level like 'regular donor' with automatic recurring payments.

Recurring donations finally went live – for all clients using Wild Apricot Payments.
Enable feature in donations settings and start collecting dues automatically!

I am needing to create end of financial year receipts for members & donors, I see there is a field that lists total donated, however that will be a lifetime total.
Can an advanced query system be introduced to list donors that donated between certain dates, and the total amount of donations they provided between those given dates? i.e. (1 July and 30 June)?3 votes
We have published this update together with some donation reports improvements in 5.12 release.
You can now filter and report on donations by daterange, as well as using any dropdown or radio button field.
Have an option to send a copy of the donation receipt email to the administrator when it is sent to the donor.1 vote
