Manually Adjust Amounts Owed
Often times people who register for our events are members and accidentally pay a non-member rate for an event. When changing their registration the system requires you to make an entire new registration and then credits their account with the amount paid. For example someone paid 225 and then their registration was change to 150. But their account was credited 225 instead of 75. This makes zero sense to me.
It would be great if I could manually adjust amounts owed to be correct.
Otherwise you have to go through the impossible process of correcting their account.
1 voteI suggest contacting our support, they can explain you how it works in details. It’s about generated invoices, payment and settlements. If you open Financial records for particular members after you change event registration, you will see what I mean.

"Ideal" payment gateway for Netherlands and other European countries
The accepted online payment method in The Netherlands and other European countries is via "Ideal" (https://www.ideal.nl/en/). Implementing this payment method could open up a market for WildApricot use in these countries.

Adding a new gateway doesn’t align with our current focus for the product. Supporting each payment systems takes time and resources away from our development and support teams to provide the better, more reliable service.
We support several options for The Netherlands and Europe, you can find them here:

Add Touchnet.com Payment Processor
Out university only used touchnet.com for online payment processing
We are not able to use any other payment processing. Can you add touchnet.com as a online payment solution so we can utilize that function in our system. The only other option would be for us to find a system that is compatible with touchnet.com.
Thanks

Support for South African payment gateways (PayAll, SagePay, PayFast, PayU etc.)
Hi there,
We would appreciate it if you could support a South African payment gateway natively. While 2checkout allows credit card payments in ZAR, it does not allow for Electronic Fund Transfer payments, which all the local payment gateways do. For recurring payments, some of the local gateways also allow for debit orders, which we also need.
At the moment, we are planning to integrate into PayAll (which has discounts for NGOs) using the WA API - but this is a bit of a hack and it would be useful to have WA support one or more local payment gateways…

Add authorize.net emulator for online payments
My organization currently uses an authorize.net emulator for online credit card payments. With this we only pay small incremental charges per transaction. If we have to use any of the currently available (in WA) online payment systems our expenses will go up quite a bit (well over $1000 just for membership dues). Please add the authorize.net emulator. We could handle our renewals much more efficiently and at a reasonable expense.

Payment processing option - Propay
Hello,
Our team at OES Management would like WildApricot to add Propay to the options of payment processing options. We have found this to be a better option for us than others currently being utilized in WildApricot.
Thank you,

Add Heartland Payment Systems as a supported online payment system
We use Heartland Payment Systems to process all of our credit card transactions. In order to work with Wild Apricot, we have to use Authorize.net as a portal to connect to Heartland Payment Systems.
It would be wonderful if Wild Apricot could add Heartland Payment Systems as a supported online payment system.

E-Way integration for Recurring payments in Aus, NZ and UK
E-Way is an EXTREMELY competitive payment gateway that allows multiple currency purchases, NEXT day payment into your account and takes recurring payments (what you need for memberships).
PayPal is our only option at present - it's unreliable and expensive amongst other things.
I don't want to use PayPal - and I want to use WA - as a customer, you know what your business needs and being dictated to about suppliers/gateways you can use seems strange and out of step with the rest of the WA system - WA seems to have been designed to work flexibly for so…

Forte payment processing
It would be great if WA would support the Forte credit card processing terminal. Forte offers highly secure transactions and no monthly fees with a 2.9%+ $.25 rate which is ideal for small users like us. (In case you were wondering, I don't get any kickbacks for new users) We use them for credit card processing and I would love if I could automatically sync the payments (type/description and $amount) with WA instead of having to manually enter the data.

e-Processing Network
Currently, Wild Apricot is the recommended club and association management service by the U.S. National Rifle Association. As such, I personally have implemented it with three groups.
For credit card processing all three use PayPal. Based upon volumes two of them could save money by moving to another service, such as Payment Alliance International, another NRA sponsored vendor.
Unfortunately, Payment Alliance using e-processing network, which is not directly supported by Wild Aprioct. Best of all worlds would be to develop and deploy as an option the support for e-processing network directly. A second alternative would be to leverage Payment Alliance's…

Integration with NelNet
Are there any developers out there that have figured out a way to integrate the NelNet QuickPAY system with Wild Apricot event registration? I run a center at a University and they are very strict about payment gateways. I have to use NelNet but it isn't directly supported here. Anyone know a way to make it work?
