Improve help screens
Some help screens that show more examples of how to set things up and why certain objectives lead to different choices in how to configure WA.
8 votesWhile the comments here are important and we keep them in mind, this is not something we’re going to somehow specially work on or change in the immediate future. Maintaining help site is a separate problem from improving the software we develop and it is not the focus of this forum. This is why I’m closing it.

Spreadsheets
I wish there was an option for spreadsheets. I'd like to be able to add names to a spreadsheet then categorize names, locations, etc.

Add a simple contact form gadget that could send form results to any email address.
Add 301 redirects.

Agile Roadmap
I see responses implying that the development roadmap is decided for a year at a time. As WA grows, that is going to become a huge problem.
I suggest changing to a model where you revise the roadmap each quarter. The next 3 months should be pretty firm, but beyond that you should be able to consider user reaction and new ideas much faster.
This might seem like a lot more work, but it really isn't. Each cycle, you do detailed project planning for the next quarter, refine the scope of work for the next 2 quarters, and plan strategy…
6 votesAwesome point and we’re actually in the process of making huge organizational changes so it’s really relevant. But not really a feature suggestion :) Closing for now.
