Unable to load sites with custom domains
WildApricot sites with custom domains are not available if trying to access via www.yourdomainname.com. Sites can be accessed by 2nd level domain name (without www) or by wildapricot.org subdomain.

Version 5.11 to be published on May 15th, 2017
Version 5.11 of Wild Apricot is scheduled to be published on Monday, May 15th, beginning at 2:00 am (ET). The publication process will take up to 4 hours, but Wild Apricot sites will still be accessible during this time. The import service may be down for approximately 5 minutes.
This update includes new features and enhancements to existing features, as well as a number of bug fixes. The changes include:
- The ability to offer discounts for membership renewals and level changes
- Control over which fields appear on donation forms
- Admins can add contacts to event waitlists

Log In Error
When logging into Wild Apricot you may see an error 403 message. In the meantime, as we work towards resolution, you may be able to access the log in page by clearing your cache. We are working to resolve this matter.

Slow performance of Wild Apricot
Unfortunately we are currently experiencing slow performance issues with our servers. Our engineers are aware of this and working to get that resolved. The estimated time for resolution is 30-40 minutes.

Stripe payments are being processed incorrectly
Payments through Wild Apricot/Stripe integration are being processed incorrectly. Your members might see wrong amount when they try to pay online.

Wild Apricot email stats does not work
Unfortunately due to an unexpected issue with one of our mail processing services, the email statistics is currently not available. That means there is no "Delivered" or "Not delivered" status shown in the Email log.
Emails themselves are successfully sent however.
Our engineering team are working to get this issue resolves as soon as possible and we will update this thread once it is resolved.

A problem was detected with our renewal reminder emails, and we have temporarily suspended sending them while we fix the problem. We will resume sending the reminders tomorrow.

January 30 – Issue with accessing Contact and Member lists
We are currently experiencing errors with loading the Contact and Member lists in the Wild Apricot administrator view. Our developers are aware of this issue and working to resolve this as soon as possible.
4 votesThe issue has been resolved and everything should work fine now.
For some reasons, one of our servers responsible for this type of service was showing high CPU load while our live monitoring was showing green light. We’re currently investigating what happened and looking for a root cause. Based on that, we will figure our action plan on how to prevent these types of situation in future.
I sincerely apologize that it took several hours to identify and fix the problem.

Mail Servers performance issues on September 25th, 2017
Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing performance issues with our mail servers, that may cause mail delivery delays.
We are taking proactive steps to get the issue resolved at the earliest and ensure that this issue will not happen in the future.

4 votesOn October 3rd our engineers found the root cause of performance issues with our email servers. Unfortunately there was a misconfiguration of them which led to email delivery delays.
The issue has been fixed and we do not experience any delays in email delivery now.
We would like to sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience the issue has caused and will try doing our best to prevent this from happening again.
