  6. Unable to load sites with custom domains

    WildApricot sites with custom domains are not available if trying to access via www.yourdomainname.com. Sites can be accessed by 2nd level domain name (without www) or by wildapricot.org subdomain.

  7. Temporary Domain Change & SSL Certificate Renewal

  20. Version 7.27 update beginning on November 3, 2022 at 4:00 am ET

    An update of Wild Apricot to version 7.27 is scheduled for Thursday, November 3rd, beginning at 4:00 am (ET). The process will take up to 3 hours, and no downtime is expected for Wild Apricot sites.

    The update will be rolled out to groups of accounts over a span of several days. Some features may not be available until all accounts have been updated.

    In this release, we've made some updates to improve security and reduce spam. Stronger password requirements have been introduced, and we've added the reCaptcha anti-spam feature to the login page and login gadget. As well, we've…
