An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Judy Nelson-Moore commentedFor notification of 3rd party vendors about the participants in an event, we need to export the participants address with the other event data. It would be really nice to be able to add membership fields to the event export.

An error occurred while saving the comment Judy Nelson-Moore commentedAdding my vote in favor of edits on form fields. My example: Ability to make an event registration field that accepts only whole numbers. When we register our members for art shows, we always have to go in and edit their entries to make the show labels...very time consuming. Other fields not edited in membership fields make the database messy. For example, initial caps on names and phone number formats.

We're currently working on customizing level change emails.
Judy Nelson-Moore supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Judy Nelson-Moore commentedWhen I as administrator receive the email informing me that a member has changed to a different membership level, I would like to know what was the old and the new level. Some membership level changes require an additional action on my part and some don't. It would save me a step if I could see immediately what the change is. Also, even when I go in to the system and look them up, I see the new membership level, but I may not be able to determine what the old level was.
My request: Add old level and new level to the changed membership level email.

An error occurred while saving the comment Judy Nelson-Moore commentedI vote yes to this item. It would be useful, for example, to have a link in an email to the membership manager or events manager.

An error occurred while saving the comment Judy Nelson-Moore commentedThanks, it never occurred to me that I could put the extension on the custom URL! I'll try it.
An error occurred while saving the comment Judy Nelson-Moore commentedWe can't rename new pages the same as the old pages because the old pages have an .asp or .htm extension. Without something like this, we just totally lose our old search engine standing and have to start over. As other's have commented, old links may be broken with no way to recover. I think this is an important item.

An error occurred while saving the comment Judy Nelson-Moore commentedThis is a huge concern. We are brand new clients. Unfortunately, I did not thoroughly investigate this aspect before we started. I agree with other posters that this should be a high priority. Not providing any solution for such an essential function is not acceptable on the basis that it is "complicated". When you go into help and put in "backup," "back up" or "restore"...there is nothing!
There should be two components...one for the database records and setup, and one for the documents/images/page templates. What is the CMS that is used for this system? Is it based on one of the open source CMS's? If so, do they have a backup utility? I would vote to move this from the wishlist to the roadmap as soon as possible.
Thanks, Judy
All of our people in our system are members. The fields that I am talking about have been in the membership fields since inception of our use of the system. Is there a way to move them to common fields?
