An error occurred while saving the comment MLAEliza commentedI agree completely. Sometimes I have to send physical letters or membership cards and I would LOVE to be able to do that within wild apricot rather than having to export or copy past the member's data to a word processing document.

An error occurred while saving the comment MLAEliza commentedWell yes and no.
In my case I have one day, two day and three day registration rates for both members and non-members. Then I have early bird and late registration. I want to offer students a discount on registration so in order to do that without a discount I would need to duplicate all those registration types with the student discounts.
So I end up with 3 reg categories X 2 membership types (yes or no) X 2 times spans (early or late) X 2 Student categories (yes or no)
So now I need to create 24 levels of registrations... and there is no duplicate registration type, SO I have to create them by hand and it confuses my members when I am done.
Event based discounts would really simplify this situation.
An error occurred while saving the comment MLAEliza commentedI want a way to limit discounts to events. For example, students get 10% off our annual conference and that is it. I don't want to give them 10% of membership, meals, etc, but there seems to be no way to do this. Also not all stand alone programs may provide a student member. Therefore I would like to be able to restrict the events like I can the membership levels now.
I would like this also. In fact I tried to do this today because it seemed so natural that it would work and then was surprised I could not. I was going to have a certificate of membership they could print out if they needed to prove their membership to someone.
