Often we need to download and package monthly reports to send to officers or auditors. I can upload multiple files at once. I should be able to download multiple files at once as well. It really isn't an efficient use of time to have to download files individually when they are all located in one folder already. Should be able to highlight and download as a batch.

Agree with prior commenters. This functionality still needs to be added. Don't like having to jump to another email system just so I can CC/BCC groups.

Really surprised and disappointed that an inactivity logoff time is not integral to the system already. That's a standard in cybersecurity. It's seems like a true risk for the system to not log users off after a few minutes of inactivity - especially for those of us who are administrators. Please reconsider moving this security feature up in your development pipeline.
Still hoping this phone formatting issue gets some attention. We have over 600 members in our database and when we export the data, the phone number formats are all over the place.
