An error occurred while saving the comment jim commentedThis is especially helpful for events where a certain group of food/drink is needed. A registrant can select a particular item and the need is filled. Then it should show on the drop-down list but cannot be selected. Similar to a "wedding registry". Tech support said this was not possible at this time.

An error occurred while saving the comment jim commentedThis has been an issue for us since day 1. It would be nice if I can assign a specific level to various tasks (administrative) and then assign each admin access to tasks based upon the rights/privileges assigned to them. This will prevent exploration in the system and potential mods that could have disastrous effects. Some that I may not be able to undo. Having a tighter front end makes sense to protect the system.

When an event is copied from a previous year, and the default invitation or reminder has been modified in some way, that modification carries over into the copied event. This has caused multiple issues because the assumption is that the emails should be default. WA has made the creation of annual events super easy by allowing duplication, but not reverting emails that are not readily visible can have a disastrous effect. The info on the event page says one thing and then the follow-up invitation or reminder emails may say something completely different. (Provided someone modified the email follow-up in the previously created event)
