What about setting it so that when people register for an event give them the option to choose to join at a discounted rate and get a discounted event cost or not join and pay full price for the event.

Yes I agree that registrants who are not members need to be able to edit their regstrations. We are wanting to run a video competition and it would be good if registrants (who may not be members) and who are interested in entering, could register with some details and later come back to add their video url link or edit their registration.

i could not obtain the free text entered from the event report only the data entered into the choice fields.
