Event listing--adding border, adding register button
We are using Firma-Above the Clouds.
The concern is the CSS options for our page https://mdflora.org/trips.html
When the Event List gadget is used, it is very confusing to determine the separation of different events, especially in mobile screen size.
We would like to have a border around each event, or at minimum a horizontal line between the events.
Any advice, or suggested css would be appreciated.

Adding Second PayPal Account?
We have an event coming up where the payments go into a separate PayPal account from our organization's main PayPal because it has an entirely separate budget.
Membership, Workshop fees go to the main CMAG account, which is already set up on the site. Registration fees for our Spring Show go into an account specifically set up for the Spring Show's separate budget.Is there some way to add this second account to our financial settings? I've looked & I can't find any way to do it. The payments really do need to be kept separate.

Responsive alternative to iframe embedding
Hello All,
My group has decided to setup a new website for our organization. The decision has been made to use Wordpress for the website and embed the necessary forms from Wild Apricot. At the moment, the only way I know how to embed external urls (like those for my Wild Apricot forms) is to use iframes. Unfortunately, the Wild Apricot forms change size and the iframes do not. This leaves users with having to deal with scroll bars in the iframe. This is difficult for users to navigate and greatly detracts from the look of the site. I am…

Dual Language Toggle - bilingual sites
We have pretty much perfected a process that will allow for Wild Apricot sites to feature and support multiple languages. Wait we are not talking about translating content, rather hiding pages from one language from being seen or navigable via the nav while the user has toggled a language option. When we install and customize our code to your Wild Apricot site, we are able to hide French language pages from displaying when the user clicks the toggle to English for example.

Please share your Wild Apricot websites with cool design or features
I would love to see more examples of what people have done with their pages. It is stoo hard to comb through the posts to find those who have given their websites to you guys. Seeing examples really helps me get ideas and it also shows the capability of the system. It would be nice if you created a section in the forum for people to showcase their websites.

Provide a way to merge or update theme overrides.
When I first created our website, I did so by creating a theme override based on an existing WA theme. When I tried to update my theme, I broke the website, apparently because WA had meanwhile changed things behind the scenes that were no longer compatible with some of my code in the original theme. Presumably the needed changes had been automatically made to my existing theme but were overwritten when I uploaded my changes.
It would save a lot of grief if a theme could be selectively modified by uploading specific files, instead of an entire theme.

Changing colour palatte of theme
Hi, I have been trying to change the theme palatte colours as instructed on the WA help page Customizing Colors and Styles options for themes. https://gethelp.wildapricot.com/en/articles/465
I downloaded the theme files but when I open the 'defautValues.txt' file it does not look like the one in the example. Basically there is no actual information in there about colours - the values are all empty! See attachment.
Nor does it have the same language eg Globalsettings- but this may be because of the theme and version I am using (Kalidescopneon.V3.0)

copy and paste bullets from word error
When I copy and paste from Word anything with bullets, it formats with bullets plus a second bullet and 5 or so spaces. Seems like some kind of bug that can be fixed.

Add a shared calendar
We operate an art gallery/cultural center with a very full calendar of events....typically 2 or 3 events per day, each running from a few hours to all day. Of course, they are sequenced to not interfere with each other. Many of the events are repetitive over 9 or 12 weeks.
There are 3 people who access the calendar and schedule activities.
We were using an Excel file for a while, but it became very cumbersome and unweildy as it grew and projected further into the future. We found the calendar function on Wild Apricot wasn't sophisticated enough for our needs,…3 votes -
Recommend a good responsive theme
I'm changing a site from an old theme to a Wild Apricot responsive theme. I'm testing 'Whiteboard Maya Blue'. It is responsive, but the mobile view is not as usable as I'd hoped. The menu drop down has tricky spacing for touch and the font sizing is not well-optimised for mobile.
Before I make my own fixes, I wonder if anyone can recommend a better starter responsive theme?

Shading every other directory row
Hi,
Is there a way to shade every other directory row? For example, a gray bar shows up when one rolls over a listing, but I'd like every other row to be gray/white, and then change the roll over color to something else.

How do I make the site width wider on desktop view while keeping the responsive behavior for mobile devices?
My website is www.lssworld.org. on the desktop it is too narrow, that makes it look very outdated. I would like to make the width 1200 px or 1400 and still maintain the responsiveness.
I have a CSS code for making the site wider but it also makes the site non-responsive. Does someone have the CSS code for this?

disable the jump-to-search-box in Directory widget?
If I have a Directory widget with a search field embedded on my website, whenever you visit that page, the browser jumps down to the search box.

Can you add a solid background behind a slideshow gadget only?
I would like to add a solid background behind a slideshow gadget to help it stand out from the website background image. I can't find a gadget setting that will allow me to do this. Is there away to do it? If not, can I add a border around the gadget?
