Add a shared calendar
We operate an art gallery/cultural center with a very full calendar of events....typically 2 or 3 events per day, each running from a few hours to all day. Of course, they are sequenced to not interfere with each other. Many of the events are repetitive over 9 or 12 weeks.
There are 3 people who access the calendar and schedule activities.
We were using an Excel file for a while, but it became very cumbersome and unweildy as it grew and projected further into the future. We found the calendar function on Wild Apricot wasn't sophisticated enough for our needs, so after a bit of looking, we found Calendar Wiz.
The Calendar Wiz is now imbedded into one of our web pages and all potential customers can look at it and see if a date/time for their activity is available. If so, they just send us a message and any of the 3 admins can book them.
It's easy to read, easy to understand, easy to use. We are very satisfied with this program. The price per month is low enough not to be a big burden.
