Service interruption night of 25th to 26th August
When it rains, it pours....
On August 25th at 10:11 pm (EST) our monitoring systems recorded a problem accessing our servers. Our engineers were immediately notified and got to work on the problem. The problem was traced down to a critical piece of hardware - so-called 'load balancer', device which directs traffic to various servers handling the traffic to client sites. The device has malfunctioned and shut down. We worked with the data hosting center to have this problem resolved and unfortunately it took a while to restore the service.
Service was back to normal at 3:05 am on August…

Short service interruption on August 25th
On August 25th at 14:47 (EST) one of our web servers malfunctioned and rebooted which affected a number of clients served by this particular machine. Total downtime for the machine was 22 minutes until 15:09 - though service interruption for most clients was much shorter (typically a few minutes) as they were rerouted to other serves in the meantime.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

Information about system outage on Thursday July 23rd
Last Thursday July 23rd we had an outage on Wild Apricot servers for up to 25 minutes. During this time affected websites erroneously redirected to wildapricot.com.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. This was due to an error by one of our developers preparing a database script for the final testing stages of upcoming release 3.1 (scheduled for Wednesday July 29th). We have fully restored the system within 25 minutes.
Due to this outage our support system had to deal with greatly increased volume of support calls and emails so we apologize for taking longer than normal to get back…
