Service interruption on November 5th

On November 5th at 12:35 (EST) our hosting data center experienced major network outage. As a result, all client website as well as Wild Apricot own websites were inaccessible for 20 minutes.

Our monitoring systems have alerted us right away and we have contacted our data hosting provider immediately. We were informed that this is data center-wide outage and it is being worked on by emergency team.

Full service to all websites was restored in 20 minutes and all our systems are now back online.

We apologize for the inconvenience and we will be following up with our hosting provider about this outage.
