I agree. We are new customers and am disappointed on how this integrates into WordPress, especially for the price we are paying. It does not flow into the pre-existing website and is not as plug-n-play as advertised. We had to hire a programmer to custom code the PHP.

We want to customize the system generated email that is sent when user is resetting their password.
We have our own website, so rely on the widgets and API and so users would log into our website and not https://sites.wildapricot.org . They would, but only once a year to renew their membership.
WA support says we cannot customize this email and recommended posting this request here.

Yes, we need the same. New members get the standard email with login info, but we want to send a separate email or two with other info we provide new members.
