   Hi there,
   I am agree with Winter : some of our members have been suspicious of the password reset email because it is just a plain text email, doesn't have any contact info for any of our team members, doesn't look like any of our other emails, etc. As a new organization we need our members to trust us!
   PLEASE GIVE US POSSIBILITY TO CUSTOMISE!
