An error occurred while saving the comment Jeffrey Shapiro commentedPlease allow meeting/event organizers to enter a unique "reply to" email address to event emails vs. only allowing the default account email address to be used. If sending a regular email from WildApricot, the "recipients" tab, #4, allows you to specify a reply to address. This capability should be added so that meeting notice/reminder replies can be routed to a specified location other than the default account address

An error occurred while saving the comment Jeffrey Shapiro commentedAt a minimum, at least make it easier to clean out non-member contacts since WA software forces creation of anyone who attends a meeting as a guest. If we don't convert them to a member right away, we drop them out of the database immediately vs. paying to have a "prospect" affecting our pricing. The only way to clean these people out is to do an advanced search for non-members and delete them individually, which you can't even do without archiving first. I don't even want these in the archive since we'll likely never interact with them again, and if we do, they can create a new record.

Also an issue for me. I agree entirely with the complaint. And, the event email showing that it's following the systemwide email protocol isn't accurate. It should also tell you that the individual event email setup is sending admin email copies and provide a link to the edit screen where these boxes can be unchecked. Better yet, follow the systemwide protocol unless someone goes into edit to manually change an individual event.
