This job board/ classified module would be very valuable to my organization. All of the work that WA is doing is great, but I do hope that this module is brought out sooner rather then later.

This module would be a huge benefit to my organization.
Right now we have created a link to an external job board, still in the testing phase. To have a job board with the options listed would be a huge benefit to our membership, and our associations professional appearance.
What the membership of my site are looking for is something similar to the Popular Tags along the right hand of this site.
A meta cloud that they would be able to list some standard phrases and some that they could define themselves. If it could be a gadget that I could drop on a few pages that would be perfect.
I hope this explains my idea better then my original post.
