An error occurred while saving the comment KStompor commentedWell I started this question/wish list about affliates and I am just reading all the feedback. It does on one level dissapoint me that it has been 2 years and still no solution or at least recommendation but then again WA has done many other request on my wish list over those two years lets not forget.
Affiliate yes is still big on our list, and just about the last thing on our list we wished for not done but in reality I dont feel its a make or break thing.
We do it manually, ask our members etc. Its the old fashion way but still do-able.
I am still very happy with WA and their support. Friendly and hardworking!
Its hard to please everyone, and even I cant sometimes....can you?
If you need a affiliate program please do comment, please to let WA know, once a priority again perhaps we will see it but in the mean time....relax :-)
An error occurred while saving the comment KStompor commentedStill wondering if anyone has any affiliate programs that may work with WA? Desperatly need something.
An error occurred while saving the comment KStompor commentedVote for this! Let me tell you why in just a few words.
MORE MEMBERS!
Our advertising cost to grow has doubled this year and then some. But as allways the best way to get more clients/members is word of mouth.
We allready pay out $50 for any type of referrals but we have no way to track it or even use any other type of affiliate program w/ Wild Apricot.
This is a high priority for us.
I dont think many have requested this simply because they dont know the benefits it can have for your association, group , non-profit.
Of course we are also about giving back, so giving a finders fee to the member who talks about us and send us more members is rewarded.
Word of mouth is still the best advertising......it would be best to have something to track it with.
A Affiliate program is a must!
An error occurred while saving the comment KStompor commentedThanks, In another program we used each member would have their own affiliate id automatically controlled when they login to their account.
That would be great, but I am mostly looking for something where other associations, groups etc can earn$ by sending people to us to sign up.
To ideally there would be a affiliate sign up page for non-members who then can track their earnings.
Hope that all makes sense.
An error occurred while saving the comment KStompor commentedA affiliate program intergration would be ideal. I am not real gifted when it comes to intergrating one to this site but if anyone can recommend something I would love to get this going, as I have so many request.
Thanks Kim

An error occurred while saving the comment KStompor commentedI found it on another post ! and it worked great ...thanks..this community is the best!
I have posted it below incase anyone cant find it....
You can hide the author and date using:
#idBlogPageContainer div.boxContainer div.boxInfoContainer h5
{
display: none;
}Comments can be hidden using:
#idBlogCommentsContainer
{
display: none;
}The Add comment link is a bit tricky, since it is not possible to hide just this link without also hiding the Read more link, but to hide both links use:
#idBlogPageContainer .boxFooterContainer .inner .postBottom, #idBlogPageContainer .boxFooterContainer .inner .replyContainer
{
display: none;
}- You can then just click on the blog post title to read the rest of the post

An error occurred while saving the comment KStompor commentedHi Jim, I was trying to "hide" the date on the blog entries. I got the other codes hiding the author/admin etc...but the date is still showing??hmm
Can you provide a code for that! Thanks in advance!
It would be great if we could control the member ID. It seems really random.
It would be easier if we could track it by entering what number we would like to start with etc.
For example:
For November members we would start 1109XXXX
For December members we would start 1209XXXX
Currently we have to assign these numbers manually as a field after the fact, the member ID is pretty useless as is..
