An error occurred while saving the comment robing commentedI totally agree. When we put the event out there and it doesn't look right because we can't preview it, and then have to disable the event to fix it, it really is a poor reflection on us, but some things we can't do properly without the ability to see it.

An error occurred while saving the comment robing commentedI love this idea - Kathy, you are so right! It is a horrible pain to have to do dozens of payment receipts one at a time, and a serious time suck. We're talking hours if there's a ton of payments to process and send receipts.

We have a significant number of people who pay by check, and those invoices (from what I've been able to discover) are not automatically generated at renewal time, so I have to ensure that they're all generated manually. Since the previous person didn't do that, I'm now trying to catch up, and it would be an amazing time saver to be able to click any number of members and generate invoices for them at one time.

An error occurred while saving the comment robing commentedI'd like to see two changes to the invoice form:
1. allow changes to the item. the best way to do this would be to allow a pull-down so that the membership level (or whatever) can be changed. People do make those changes and this allows the change to be made easily and to have it connected to the financial transactions. Without this option, my experience has been that it's a convoluted process to change their membership level.
2. insert a quantity. Sometimes people want to renew for more than one year, and the invoice does not allow this.

I definitely support this idea. I'm in the middle of restoring nearly 400 records that were inadvertently suspended by someone, and it's a messy process where even after importing, I'm going to have to go through and manually verify and/or update each one. If she had been able only to see that stuff but have admin access for only specific things, that would never have happened.
