Agreeing with those below that are having an issue with "probably abandoned" transactions, listed as registered but unpaid in a WA event but no payment is ever sent because the person probably hasn't realized they never completed the transaction. That's our largest ongoing issue, more with event ticket sales and membership payments, not so much with donations.

Now that you're adding merchandise sales--are you having a shopping cart type step in the process where members finalize their carts prior to being sent to third party for payment? IF YES can you please make this a part of the process for registering for ticketed events as well? For example, a member has registered for a 9am event, and then realizes she needs the 10am event tickets instead. If there's a cart where both of these would be located that one reviews before "check out" (e.g. registered and then sent to 3rd party payment), that would be the ideal stage at which member could remove 9am tickets from cart. That would solve a lot of frustrations for our current members. Letting them unregister AFTER they have gone through check out is a separate issue. Thnx.
