Thank you to everyone who shared feedback on this idea. It shaped the design, and gave us the detail that made it workable.
The feature is in development. Here is what it will include:
- A new Event organizer role, separate from Event manager, so someone can run specific events without access to the rest of the account and other events.
- Three access levels, chosen per event: Check-in assistant, Registration manager and Event lead. Each level has own restrictions and designed accordingly.
- Organizer(s) are assigned on the Event details by Full administrators and Event managers.
- Organizers can’t see Contacts, Financial information, Emails and other pages. Only assigned events.
- A separate release of the mobile Admin app will follow shortly after the web release, to support the new role.
We’re aiming for a release in late November or December 2026. Dates may still move as we finish testing. We’ll post here…

Since it is now 7 years since this request was made, and so OBVIOUSLY needed. I will reiterate the request to allow users to make reports on their own events. PLEASE!!!
At the Very LEAST - app should have obvious link to the website so users can access other website pages like newsletter. The links within the app are not obvious (little square icon with an arrow in android and blue text organization's name under user profile name in Apple.)
