Sorry for the late update.
The first step was finished and emails can now be carbon copied to contact’s alternative emails. To do so the contact fields which store the alternative emails must be explicitly marked on the email setting page.
Unsubscribing will unsubscribe all alternative emails simultaneously because they all belong to the very same account. The person clicking “unsubscribe” is warned about this on the unsubscribe page.
For now we paused the development of this feature. but not for good. :) So I’m changing this wish status back to “collecting comments”.
Thank you everyone for a valuable feedback.
This would be GREAT. Currently, there is the option to limit the editing of customized membership fields to in the application, in the membership profile, or both; however, any customized membership field still shows up when a bundle administrator tries to add a member to their membership bundle! What is the point of only allowing a field to be edited in the application if it has to be re-filled in every time a member is added to a membership bundle?
This is counter-productive to trying to get members to self-service and manage their own membership bundles and if I were a bundle administrator and was being asked to fill in ALL the fields I already had to fill in on my membership application, I wouldn't bother adding new members either.
This seems like such a no-brainer and I'm shocked Wild Apricot hasn't already resolved this.
