Provide the ability for a member to register on the waitlist of an event from the Member App. Currently, if an event sells out, the only way to register on the waitlist is from the website. This is unfortunate as we have been pushing our members to use the app for all registrations. Please add this ability.21 votes
We released a Waitlist feature with the latest version of the Member app, for both Android and iOS platforms.
Currently no way to sell tickets at the door - you have to tell walkins to pay cash or use a check... Admin App should allow door ticket sales just like eventbrite does where you can scan a credit card and sell tickets ad hoc..1 vote
You can receive credit card payments from the iOS Admin app if you are using the WA payments. If not, you can install the Square POS app or the PayPal Here app and use their credit card reader with our app. Feel free to check our help for more information:
Add membership renewal option on the Wild Apricot Members App57 votes
Member apps now support renewals and renewal expiry notifications.
See release notes at https://gethelp.wildapricot.com/en/articles/1744
The mobile app would be much more useful if either all the member fields were displayed similar to what is shown in the member profile. Or at least, if they were selectable by the administrator. Also, group participation should show up in the profiles. We use the to show committees, etc. it would be helpful if members could quickly look up another member and see their participation.
Mobile app shows member fields with respect to fields access settings.
See this article for details https://gethelp.wildapricot.com/en/articles/147
An automatic (pushed) notification to Admin when new members join and require approval would be VERY useful: it would help prevent inadvertent delays in approving members.4 votes
Implemented in 3.6, check app settings to enable push notifications on your phone.
The ability to send out a text message to your membership and/or contacts through the system. A push for members to renew, event reminders, the ability to include a link if they need to vote on a matter.180 votes
Text messaging service is available in the Communication center for US and Canadian customers.
Allow Wild Apricot Payments/Affinipay to integrate with the Affinipay mobile swiper. Currently to receive mobile payments we need to log into the Affinipay App, and then manually mark an invoice as paid in Wild Apricot.3 votes
We’ve added an integration with Affinipay swiper in the new 3.2 version of the admin app for iOS. You can also receive payments via Wild Apricot payments by entering credit card details manually. See our help for more details:
Currently the admin app only shows Contacts, Events and Emails. Please also incorporate Donations.13 votes
Implemented in financial module
Add the ability to change the pre-set icons next to each member. Right now, if a member does not have a photo uploaded anything from a turtle to a party hat will auto-populate. These icons seem a bit un-professional for my membership and I would like to be able to choose what icons would auto-populate.2 votes
In the latest version of the app (1.5) we replaced missing avatars placeholders with circle + letters. Hope this will work for organizations, where “funny” placeholders are inappropriate.
Change the Admin Mobile app to show RSVP counts including registrations recorded by administrators. Currently the V3.0 app shows counts only based on emailed replies i.e.
- No reply
This will allow RSVPs that have been given through other means to be counted e.g. verbally. It also enable apologies signalled in advance to be recorded before the invitation email is sent.
It will also make it consistent with the browser view.1 vote
We close this suggestion as it was resolved earlier in the comments. Feel free to recreate this topic with the explanation if you believe it wasn’t addressed properly.
Allow events to be added to your calendar using iCal or Google Calendar. That would help to make it seamless similar to the website.23 votes
Device calendar integration is available now. See version release notes for details: https://gethelp.wildapricot.com/en/articles/1586
its more of a bug, when a member sends a message to another member via the iOS App its sent from the administrators email.
the app also shows a name and email as signature and its not getting sent with the message3 votes
It was a bug on server side, and we already fixed it.
In the Mobile app, if an event is in the current year, the date is in red letters but it doesn't show the year. Nor is there a header over those starting in the current year that says 2018.
Older events that started in 2017 have both year and the header for 2017. It odd/confusing that we don't have either of these for the current year.1 vote
The latest version of member app has year headers for each year.
It would be good to show for each member their mobile phone number and their emergency contact and phone number.2 votes
First of all, I saw two separate ideas there. So I split this topic into two and presented the idea about viewing a list of registrants here:
As of this particular idea, you can setup contact fields visibility in the Admin side on the web version.
Hope it helps!
Ride Leaders need to see a list of who has registered for a ride. The only way to do this currently is via admin privilege on the web site. For the mobile app to be useful we need to see who is registered for a ride, not just those who opted in to have their name appear on the public roster.9 votes
We’ve released this feature in the 2.1 version of the iOS app and the 1.3 version of the Android app:
Members should be able to modify their registration or delete their registration on the member app.31 votes
Great start for the mobile app for members! Are there plans to allow members to register for restricted 'member-only' events? Currently it looks like the event must be public to show in the mobile app. Thank you!10 votes
Error with ‘member-only’ events was fixed. Please let us know if you still experience similar issues.
In the latest version of the app (1.5) members can edit their personal profiles, except for photos.
We just published members app for Android.
Just to remind – before your members could start using it, you have to configure the app for your account. Here is a help article: https://gethelp.wildapricot.com/en/articles/1645-mobile-app-settings
If you have any suggestions, please add it as a separate topics.
Would be great if the built-in slideshow gadget worked on mobile devices. On my iPhone 6, only the first image of the slideshow is shown. Is this a known issue?3 votes
It’s about half a year without the answer to our questions.
Feel free to reopen it with the additional info if this issue is still reproducing.
