An update of Wild Apricot to version 5.9.2.1 is scheduled for Thursday, January 26th, beginning at 2:00 am (EDT). Wild Apricot sites may be inaccessible for up to half an hour.

Wild Apricot help not updated for 5.9
An error with our help software has prevented us from publishing the updated help for Version 5.9 of Wild Apricot. We hope to have the updated help in place sometime on Wednesday December 6th.

Version 5.5 to be published on August 5, 2015 beginning at 3am EDT
Version 5.5 of Wild Apricot will be published on Wednesday, August 5th, beginning at 3:00 am (EDT). Wild Apricot sites will be inaccessible for up to 30 minutes.
This release will include several new features, including:
* Stripe payment system support
* Option to automatically add event guests to your contact database

Service Notice: Email Log and Links Issue
Any emails sent between March 7-8 are currently not updating in the email log, despite being sent.
Please note, emails sent during this period were delivered, the email log just hasn't updated yet. All emails sent going forward will accurately update in the log.

The "Select Contact" button is experiencing an issue where it times out, leading to an internal error. Our development team is currently working on the issue.

Server Issues Causing Product Outages
Amazon Web Services is currently experiencing issues with some servers which is affecting some user's sites.
During this time, you may experience the inability to access certain features within your account including Dashboards, Email Templates, Payments.
We understand the inconvenience this may cause and apologize for any disruption to your organization.

Version 7.26 update beginning on June 14, 2022 at 4:00 am ET
An update of Wild Apricot to version 7.26 is scheduled for Tuesday, June 14th, beginning at 4:00 am (ET). The process will take up to 3 hours, and no downtime is expected for Wild Apricot sites.
The update will be rolled out to groups of accounts over a span of several days. Some features may not be available until all accounts have been updated.
In this release, we've made the following changes:
- Traffic encryption will be automatically enabled for new accounts, and existing accounts that have encryption already enabled will no longer have the option of disabling it
