Service Notice: Maintenance and Intermittent Loading Issue
We are aware of intermittent loading issues on the WildApricot website and are actively working to resolve them. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Additionally, scheduled maintenance will take place tonight at 9:00 PM ET. During this time, there will be a brief 5 minute outage affecting WildApricot admin, client sites, registrations, and mobile access. One-time password services will also be temporarily disrupted.
This maintenance is necessary to improve system stability and prepare for upcoming enhancements. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Version 7.22 update beginning on July 12th, 2021 at 4:00 am ET
An update of Wild Apricot to version 7.22 is scheduled for Monday, July 12th, beginning at 4:00 am (ET). The process will take up to 3 hours, and no downtime is expected for Wild Apricot sites.
The update will be rolled out to groups of accounts over a span of several days. Some features may not be available until all accounts have been updated.

Issues with email log and email links
One of our services is down and as a result, the email log is currently unavailable, and some email links are also not working, resulting in a Resource not Found error when clicked. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Browser compatibility changes to comply with PCI mandate
The Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) has mandated that all credit card processors must retire version 1.0 of an encryption method called TLS (Transport Layer Security).
To comply with this directive, and ensure the highest standards of security and data integrity, Wild Apricot will stop supporting TLS versions 1.0 and 1.1 on March 12, 2018, but will continue to support TLS version 1.2. However, some older browser versions do not support TLS 1.2, so visitors to your Wild Apricot site may have to upgrade their browsers if they want to make payments on your site.
