An update of Wild Apricot to version 6.3 is scheduled for Friday, June 8th, beginning at 3:00 am (EST). The process will take up to 2 hours, but no downtime is expected for Wild Apricot sites.

Login button has been temporarily removed from wildapricot.com
We're having a problem with logging in to admin view from wildapricot.com and while we're fixing it, we've temporarily removed the login button from that site. You should still be able to log in from your actual Wild Apricot site. If you're not sure how to do that, see https://gethelp.wildapricot.com/en/articles/21#where

Issues with the event export function
We are currently experiencing issues with the event export function today. As a workaround, we've found that some users are able to export successfully if the Export all fields option is selected. After exporting, any unnecessary columns can be deleted from within Excel.
Our developers are continuing to investigate, and are working to get the root of the issue fixed as quickly as possible. We thank you for your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.

Our help site is unavailable either from the external site at gethelp.wildapricot.com or the internal help panel. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

The help site at https://gethelp.wildapricot.com is currently not available. However, the inproduct help is still available. To launch inproduct help, click the blue Help & Support tab along the far right side of admin view.

Internet outage at Wild Apricot office may result in slower Support response time
We are experiencing an Internet outage at our Wild Apricot head office and as a result, you may experience difficulty reaching a support agent by phone, and slower response time to support requests submitted by email or from our support portal.
This will not affect the response time of Wild Apricot sites.
We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Browser compatibility changes to comply with PCI mandate
The Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) has mandated that all credit card processors must retire version 1.0 of an encryption method called TLS (Transport Layer Security).
To comply with this directive, and ensure the highest standards of security and data integrity, Wild Apricot will stop supporting TLS versions 1.0 and 1.1 on March 12, 2018, but will continue to support TLS version 1.2. However, some older browser versions do not support TLS 1.2, so visitors to your Wild Apricot site may have to upgrade their browsers if they want to make payments on your site.

Page edits leading to Bad request errors
Clients are receiving Bad request errors when adding certain combinations of gadgets. The gadgets are being duplicated leading to the error.
We are working to identify the cause of the problem and fix it as soon as possible.

Advanced contact searches currently not working properly
Advanced contact searches are currently returning the entire contact, ignoring any filtering criteria. Advanced member contact searches are working properly. Any emails that use saved contact searches to populate the recipients list are working properly as well.
We are working on resolving this issue and hope to have a fix in place soon.

Event emails are slow to be sent
Currently, event emails are being delivered slowly. We are investigating the cause and hope to resolve this issue quickly.

Event announcement emails delivery might take a few hours.
The issue occurred because of misconfiguration of one of internal processes which is used for processing emails for delivery.

January 30 – Issue with accessing Contact and Member lists
We are currently experiencing errors with loading the Contact and Member lists in the Wild Apricot administrator view. Our developers are aware of this issue and working to resolve this as soon as possible.
4 votesThe issue has been resolved and everything should work fine now.
For some reasons, one of our servers responsible for this type of service was showing high CPU load while our live monitoring was showing green light. We’re currently investigating what happened and looking for a root cause. Based on that, we will figure our action plan on how to prevent these types of situation in future.
I sincerely apologize that it took several hours to identify and fix the problem.
