    Amazon Web Services is currently experiencing issues with some servers which is affecting some user's sites.

    During this time, you may experience the inability to access certain features within your account including Dashboards, Email Templates, Payments.

    We understand the inconvenience this may cause and apologize for any disruption to your organization.

  3. Temporary Domain Change & SSL Certificate Renewal

    We regret to inform you that there was an issue with renewing the SSL certificate for your custom domain. Our team is actively working to restore your account's security certificate as soon as possible. However, at this time we don't have an exact timeline for when it will be restored.

  4. Event emails "Queued for Delivery"

    We apologize for a recent issue with our event announcement scheduler that prevented emails from being sent out on time. We are working to resolve the problem, but in the meantime, emails may still appear as "Queued for delivery."

    We apologize for unintended messaging from newsletters@wildapricot.com sent on Tuesday, April 18th due to a recent adjustment to our email servers.

    The notifications were regarding contacts being added as administrators despite those contacts not having any admin privileges.

    We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused and kindly ask affected users to disregard the notifications. We are taking measures to prevent this from happening again in the future. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

    An update of Wild Apricot to version 8.0 is scheduled for Monday, December 12th, beginning at 4:00 am (ET). The process will take up to 3 hours, and no downtime is expected for Wild Apricot sites.

    The update will be rolled out to groups of accounts over a span of several days. Some features may not be available until all accounts have been updated.

    We are currently experiencing an issue on some Wild Apricot sites with the login button not responding after entering login credentials. We are working on fixing this as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Workaround #1: try logging in from wildapricot.com
    Workaround #2: add /sys/login to the end of your Wild Apricot site URL to bypass the login button
