This would be great for me. We have membership levels that are age sensitive and its easy to make a mistake and renew into a level which is no longer correct...

The fact that I cannot search based on the member's balance is a huge issue for me. I need to be able to reach back to all members with a balance and remind (nag) them. if I could create an advanced search using the balance (e.g. all members with balance > 0 ) it would be a huge time saver.

We have scenarios where members need to move to a different membership level (for instance due to age). I have no way to enforce this in Wild Apricot, so a reasonable approach is that I bulk move them. The problem is that they all receive this membership level change which looks a lot like they were renewed and billed since the program price is shown. Then I need to spend time explaining what this means and making excuses for the Wild Apricot platform. I have done extensive modification of the other email templates to match our scenarios as well as providing a professional, branded experience. This one automatic email causes me a lot of trouble as mentioned above. I know the WA team been focused on the much improved CMS, but please take this feature under request for the coming months!
Dmitry, I have the age limits in the description but still get 3-4% of my members signing up into the wrong group. The age limit is always a little complicated as it depends on the members age as of a cutoff date (not at the date they register). At least in my case, having this in the description is insufficient.
