An error occurred while saving the comment Kendra Sechovec commentedWe too need the option for assigning a level for short term event chairs to be able to export event lists and view event info without having the full admin privileges of editing member profiles, recording payments and viewing everything in the system. Each year that person (needing event export ability) may change to a different person. We found that we can't even assign them as "view only" admin because that allows viewing of all data and cannot send group emails ( a necessary function when you are in charge of an event).

An error occurred while saving the comment Kendra Sechovec commentedI totally agree. Every year I have members who are confused as to why it says "Registration closed" and think they are doing something wrong.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kendra Sechovec commentedVery important to have limits on individual options within an event. Our organization has options for different classes each having a limit and we currently have to monitor during signups and post a notice on the event details screen that some are full (and hope people read the notice and no one signs up for the filled ones).

An error occurred while saving the comment Kendra Sechovec commentedAgree! Need a way to send to SOME registrants and include their event fields as we reassign them to their second choices (not the same options as they originally registered for). We don't want to send to ALL registrants as some will get the email a 2nd or 3rd time (email overkill).

An error occurred while saving the comment Kendra Sechovec commentedI agree with the need to be able to limit specific items in the registration form. For instance, we use the form radio buttons to give members options to sign up for classes. Example:
Friday Night Classes:
A1 Make a dollhouse table ($40) Limit 10
A2 make a dollhouse chair by Sally Sue ($25) Limit: 12
A3 Construct a terrarium by Terri Tuttle ($55), Limit 5
It is hard to manage limits since we can't remove a radio option once it is full. Having the limits allows us to prevent over-selling those courses.
We, too, need to email a few registrants at a time - since some classes get filled and we have to let some know they got their second choice classes. For this reason we disable the immediate confirmation email and use the "reminder" email. Problem is we have to email ALL registrants - so those who got the email earlier will get it again. Would be helpful to send event emails to a few registrants at a time.
